WesTEC Trade Training Centre is one of 126 training centres funded under The
Trade Training Centres in Schools Program, a $2.5 billion Commonwealth Government initiative from 2008 to 2017 for secondary schools across Australia.
Our trade training centre is a modern, well-equipped facility specialising in a range of Trades and Skills areas.
We serve the training needs of 7 schools—Forest Lake State High School, Springfield Central State High School, Redbank Plains State High School, Woodcrest State College, Bundamba State Secondary College, Bellbird Park State Secondary College and Ripley Valley State Secondary College.
We have several facilities and resources including workshops, training rooms, a hairdressing salon, a simulated health ward, computer rooms and offices.
